joynal 9 VIP — Weekly Cashback and Benefits Across Five Tiers
The joynal 9 VIP program is not just a rewards plan — it is a long-term relationship. From Bronze to Diamond, your weekly cashback rate increases at every tier, along with exclusive benefits.
Five Tiers of Cashback Benefits
The joynal 9 VIP program has five tiers in total. Each tier is recognition of your regular play — the higher you go, the more weekly cashback you receive.
Bronze
The first step in your VIP journey. At this tier you receive up to 0.3% cashback on your net weekly losses in return for regular play.
Entry LevelSilver
The tier after Bronze. The weekly cashback rate doubles and a number of VIP-exclusive benefits become available.
IntermediateGold
A popular mid-level tier. Regular and active members enjoy a combination of good cashback and improved benefits here.
PopularPlatinum
For regular members at a higher level. Reaching this tier brings a notable increase in cashback rate and a wider range of exclusive VIP benefits.
AdvancedDiamond
The highest tier in the joynal 9 VIP program. Up to 1.5% cashback on weekly net losses and the most extensive benefits package.
Top TierHow Weekly Cashback Works
Cashback is calculated based on your net weekly losses — that is, your total losses for the week minus your total winnings. Cashback is then added at the rate matching your tier.
Weekly Calculation
Your total bets and winnings are tracked automatically each week. At the end of the week your net loss is determined.
Rate by Tier
The higher your VIP tier, the higher your cashback rate. Starting at 0.3% at Bronze, up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond.
Added to Account
When the week ends, cashback is automatically added to your joynal 9 account.
A real example for the Gold tier
So as a Gold member, a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 earns ৳180 in cashback — that is the maximum payout for that tier.
How to Move to a Higher Tier
Tier Change Rules
Your joynal 9 VIP tier is determined by your regular activity and overall participation. No specific deposit threshold is published — your consistency and level of activity are the main factors considered.
Tier evaluations are carried out periodically and may change depending on your recent activity.
What VIP Members Get Extra
Beyond cashback, joynal 9 VIP members enjoy a number of exclusive benefits. These benefits become more extensive at higher tiers.
Priority Support
VIP members are given priority in live chat and email support. Assistance is available 24/7 in both Bengali and English.
Special Promotions
VIP members get early access to certain promotions and offers that are not yet open to regular members.
Faster Withdrawal Processing
At higher VIP tiers, withdrawal requests are reviewed more quickly. Processing is typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Exclusive Events
VIP members receive priority invitations to special tournaments and seasonal events, where prize amounts are higher.
The Higher the Tier, the More Benefits
Reaching Platinum and Diamond tier gives you all the benefits described above at an even higher level.
Games That Earn VIP Points
Almost all game categories on joynal 9 count toward VIP activity. joynal 9's slots section features games from all popular providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI — regular play on slots contributes well to VIP progress.
Cricket fans can also advance their VIP tier by participating in joynal 9 cricket betting. Every active week of betting on BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup counts toward your VIP record.
Regular participation in any category — live casino, fishing games, or card games — helps advance your VIP tier. Real-dealer tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live at joynal 9 Casino count toward VIP activity in the same way.
Cashback Is a Benefit, Not a Reason to Play More
Important
VIP cashback and other benefits are an added reward in recognition of your regular play. They should never be a reason to play beyond your budget or beyond what you can afford.
Chasing maximum cashback by incurring greater losses is not financially worthwhile. Cashback is calculated on net losses — so playing more does not necessarily mean more benefit.
